Approach
Decoupled the content layer from the frontend using WordPress as a headless CMS. Built the React UI around load speed and component reuse, with test coverage throughout.
Outcome
Bookings up 50%, bounce rate down 80%. The content team could update listings without touching engineering. Got promoted to Senior Officer and relocated to Dubai.
